General requirements for becoming an Independent Sales Representative include:

Must be an aggressive, self-starter. 

Knowledge and experience in the concrete repair industry.

Current representation of concrete-related products on new construction projects and maintenance of existing facilities.

Ability to conduct on-site demonstrations of  CSS Polymers product line to contractors, maintenance personnel and design professionals.

Ability to identify potential clients and make contact.
